Consultant Team or Firm to Conduct Program Mid-term Review

Organization: Plan International Vietnam (PiV), re-established in 1993, is an international child-centered community development organization working in 73 countries. Plan is working in partnership with local people; organizations and government bodies to help children in Vietnam meet their basic needs as well as expand their opportunities to reach their full potential.

Program/projects: In the framework agreement between Plan Norway (NNO) and Norad for the period (2016- 2020), PiV received funding for a program including 3 projects including (1) Safe school for ethnic minorities in Meo Vac District in Ha Giang province and Minh Hoa and Le Thuy District in Quang Binh province, (2) Promoting early childhood care and development in ethnic minority communities in Phong Tho District in Lai Chau Province and (3) Ending child marriage project in Hoang Su Phi, Xin Man District in Ha Giang Province, Phong Tho District in Lai Chau and Dakrong and Huong Hoa District in Quang tri Province.

The Purpose of the Evaluation: The main purpose of the evaluation is learning. We hope to identify strengths and weaknesses of the program/projects, which will guide the project towards improvement during the current implementing period and for planning of future program/projects.       

Plan International Viet Nam is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant team or firm to conduct this Program mid-term review, from March to June 2018.
