Consultant Team for Project Mid-Term Review

The Swiss Cooperation Office for Vietnam (SCO) is the representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). It is responsible for the coordination of the Swiss Development Cooperation of the Swiss Government in Vietnam.

Jointly with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), we are seeking a highly qualified team consisting of one international consultant (team leader) and one national consultant to carry out a Mid Term Review (MTR) for our project “Vietnam Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index - PAPI”. The mission is foreseen to take place during Mid-February/March 2014.

Individual submission is possible. Team proposals are an advantage.

The criteria for selection include: proven experiences in result-based development programme evaluation and social study and survey; knowledge on governance and public administration reform (experience in and knowledge of Vietnam is an important advantage); experience in project management and implementation; very good communication and editing skills; fluent English (writing, speaking).
