Consultant Team at the World Bank

The World Bank in Hanoi is currently seeking a qualified consultant team to support the Government of Vietnam in designing Program 135 targeted most disadvantaged communes in ethnic minority and mountainous areas under the umbrella of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction (NTP-SPR) during 2016-2020 period.  Qualified candidates must have at least a Master Degree in a relevant field such as social science or economics etc.  Proven experience in working in poverty reduction programs in Vietnam for Donors and Governments is needed.  Interested candidates should kindly send their CV and cover letter to Phuong Thu Nguyen [email protected]  by COB 16 October, 2015.  Short-listed candidates will be sent a full TOR for further discussion.
