Consultant for Tender Package: "A Campaign on Reducing Wild Meat Consumption"

Time: ASAP – Sept 2022 (with May, June & July full-time)

Reporting to: Media & Biodiversity Conservation Communications Manager

WWF-Viet Nam would like to invite Consultant who are interested in our tender package: "A campaign on reducing wild meat consumption".

Scope of Work

The consultant / agency is expected to:

• Study the communication guidelines of WWF;
• Study the wild meat consumption situation in Viet Nam, the link of zoonotic diseases and wild meat consumption;
• Working with WWF-Viet Nam's Illegal Wildlife Trade, Communications, and Corporate Relation teams to deliver the campaign both online and offline in Viet Nam (details in Annex A);
• Coordinating with agency to deliver the campaign;
• Working with the regional & WWF-US team to make sure the campaign in Viet Nam is in line with the campaign's overall goals.

Qualifications

The consultant is required to have:

• Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or 5 years of experience in communications work;
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
• Deep understanding of social media world; experience with campaign implementation; working with social media platforms, KOLs and agencies;
• Good understanding and background on conservation issues;
• Passionate about communications and conservation;
• Has been worked with WWF is a plus;
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict confidentiality;
• Can Do attitude;
• Adheres to WWF’s values, which are: Courage, Respect, Integrity and Collaboration;
