Consultant to Upgrade Web Portal for Distance Learning by Students with Disability and Online Library - IVWD Project

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is looking for consultant to upgrade web portal for distance learning by students with disability and online library -IVWD Project with details in the attached TOR.

Requirements:

- Background and experience in software development
- Background and experience in developing a web portal for distant learning and online library
- Experience in using software to support access of persons with disabilities especially persons who are deaf or persons who are blind.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstration of meeting deadlines.
