Consultant to Work with a Grantee to Strengthen their Documentation and Marketing Skills

Scope of work
The USAID-funded New Partner Initiative (NPI) project in Vietnam is seeking a consultant to work with a grantee to strengthen their documentation and marketing skills.  The consultant will work with the NGO's senior staff to improve report and proposal writing skills and develop their capacity statement.  It is expected that the program will improve the capacity and sustainability of the grantee.

Duration: The consultant should be available in the months of December 2011 and January 2012 to design and facilitate a 5 day program.
Working Station: NPI grantee’s office, Ho Chi Minh City.

Essential qualifications:
FHI 360 is seeking an individual who is an experienced facilitator in organizational capacity development.

Candidates should have the following:
- Minimum of 5 years training and facilitation experience and a knowledge of adult learning techniques.
- Extensive experience with NGO capacity development.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Excellent Vietnamese and English skills.
- Familiarity with the donor environment, USAID preferred.
- Familiarity with child development and HIV/AIDS desired.
