Consultant for Workshop on Enhancing Loan Officer Skills with Client Care Protocol Toolkit

Développement International Desjardins (DID) is a non-government-organization which belongs to Desjardins Group in Canada. It was established with a mission to support and promote the cooperative credit model in the world in general and the People’s Credit Funds (PCFs) in Vietnam in particular. DID has implemented several projects in Vietnam since 1993 to assist the People's Credit Fund network in its establishment and development.

We are looking for a consultant to provide consultancy service for workshops on enhancing loan officer skills with Client Care Protocol toolkit. These services should strengthen the targeted loan officers' financial and entrepreneurial skills and foster the development of tailored products & services. Please find more details in the TOR attached.
