Technical assistance (TA) for Capacity Building (Team Leader), Rural Livelihoods, and PRA/VDP cum M&E is sought for the : Pilot Project for Poverty Reduction in Ia Pa District, Gia Lai Province, grant-financed by the Government of Italy and implemented by IFAD.
Key features of the project include: - Implementation of community-based, participative processes to ensure that the project responds to community-identified needs. - Provision of substantial support to each commune in order to develop the capacity of grass-roots institutions for self-management.
Center for Women and Development, under Vietnam Women’s Union, is currently running Peace House Shelter Project funded by Spanish Agency for International Development Co-operation with an aim to support women and children who are victims of trafficking in persons. Victims are offered a free comprehensive support service package including safe accommodation, health care, psychological care, legal aids, vocational training and reintegration support. Following the project’s plan for the second quarter of 2011, Peace House Shelter Project is now seeking consulting service for the assessment study on Project’s impact and efficiency after four years of implementation. UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified international consultant on Biodiversity Conservation.
The objective of this consultancy is to work with partners to develop and finalize a project document (medium size project) and a GEF CEO endorsement template for the same project that focus on updating NBSAP, realizing biodiversity planning required by Vietnam Biodiversity Law and strengthening capacity for biodiversity reporting. The completed documents must be agreed by key partners particularly UNDP and Biodiversity Conservation Agency (BCA), and are eligible for funding.

UNDP Viet Nam seeks proposals from qualified International consultants to work with the Ministry of Justice on gender mainstreaming and women’s empowerment in justice sector reform, under the Project “Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights in Viet Nam” .
