UNDP Vietnam is seeking for a national consultant (NC) to develop GEF portfolios on Capacity building and Institutional.
The tasks of the NC are to: - Assess capacity of relevant GEF stakeholders and identify capacity needs, barriers/constraints and opportunities for capacity strengthening. This is to find ways to address capacity gaps and to facilitate the GEF processes. - Develop a manual to provide guidance to stakeholders of how to apply and mobilize for a GEF project, specifically for GEF5 cycle.
Oxfam-Québec is the implementing agency responsible for a five-year project entitled “Rural Enterprise Expansion Project” (REEP), funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). REEP is implemented in the provinces of Hai Duong, Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa, for a period of 9-2004 – 12/2010. The purpose of this project is support growth among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and to facilitate their access to formal economy and markets.
SDC is looking for a team of two consultants (one international and one national) to develop a project for Hoa Binh and Cao Bang in the area of poverty reduction, that requires interventions in the area of agriculture and rural development and decentralisation of planning and budgeting. The consultancy work is expected to start mid July and last for about a month. Details can be found in the attached TOR. Objectives of the consultancy: - To obtain an assessment of the mental health related needs of PLHIV registered in MdM-supported OPC in the framework of the program objectives - To evaluate mental health-related (MH) attitudes, knowledge and practices of OPC staffs - To produce a detailed strategic plan that adresses identified shortcomings.
