The SME Development Project in Tra Vinh Province funded by Canada (Global Affairs of Canada) has been carried out from 2014 to 2020. The project is being considered an extension until 2022. One of the medium term outcomes of the project is to increase quantity and improve competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh Province.
