The Vietnam Field Support Services Project (FSSP), a bilateral development project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC), seeks to procure the services of a part-time business development technical specialist who will: i) contribute to a better technical understanding on the part of GAC of the business development-specific dimensions of Canada’s development programming in Vietnam and how these should be addressed; ii) facilitate the integration of local, context- specific technical perspectives into Vietnam program and project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and policy dialogue; and iii) and enhance the technical and institutional capacities within GAC and its partners with respect to business development-related matters.
