Consultants for Baseline Study

CARE International in Vietnam is now looking for a team of 2 individuals (1 international and 1 national) (hereinafter called the Consultant) to conduct a baseline study combined with number of different activities including agro-climate information user profile analysis, capacity needs assessment, mapping of existing farmer networks, gender and EM analysis, baseline analysis of women empowerment using women empowerment in agriculture index, M&E Plan. The International consultant will be mainly in charge of tool, methodology development and report writing in English. The National consultant will mainly in charge of field data collection and processing and translation the English report into Vietnamese.. Please refer to TOR attached for your information.
