Consultants to conduct an assessment on the situation of the street children in Hochiminh city

In partnership with MOLISA as the key Government of Viet Nam partner, and its Department of Child Affairs as implementing focal point, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the Project “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam” (ENHANCE) with financial support from the United States Department of Labour (USDOL).

In order to get further evidence and insights understanding to develop actions and assistance to support the street children and to develop communication campaign to stop exploitation of street children, ILO ENHANCE looking for a consulting agency or a group of consultants to conduct an assessment on the situation of the street children in Hochiminh city  as in the attached Terms of reference

The interested research institutions are invited to submit their proposal (not exceeding 20 pages excluding resumes) to ENHANCE project.

The proposals must be submitted in English to the ENHANCE Project Manager via email to [email protected] with a copy sent to the [email protected] before 5.00 P.M. on August 27th, 2023 (GMT + 7 - Hanoi time). Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Only short-listed entities will be contacted for further discussion.
