Consultant(s) to conduct a final project evaluation

Organization: Gret is a French NGO founded in 1976, whose activities range from the field to policy-making in the fight against poverty and inequality. GRET has been present in more than 30 countries, in a variety of fields / topics to provide sustainable and innovative solutions to the united development process. GRET has been operating in Vietnam since 1988.

Project:  The Phu Nu project (3 phases) aims to contribute to the improvement of the living and working conditions of migrant workers, particularly women workers, by strengthening leadership capacities and multi-stakeholder coordination in the industrial zones of Nam Sach (Hai Duong province) and Khai Quang (Vinh Phuc province) from 2014 to Aug 2023.

The project has been implemented by a consortium of 3 NGOs including Gret, BATIK International, and CDI, in cooperation with the provincial Labour Unions in Hai Duong and Vinh Phuc provinces.

We are looking for consultant(s) to conduct a final project evaluation. Please find the attached TOR for more details.
