Consultant(s) to Conduct Situation Analysis Study on Youth Employability

We are looking for Vietnamese national for:

• Vacancy: Consultant(s) to Conduct Situation Analysis Study on Youth Employability
• Location: Lao Cai

Main Responsibilities:

The consultant(s) who is engaged in this consultancy service, is expected to:

• Gather information about current livelihood strategies and opportunities for adolescents, with particular attention to the ethnic minorities and girls, in the project area and
• Recommend on potential intervention to support in school-adolescents with feasible livelihood pathways.

Key Competencies:

• Advanced degree in economics, business, social sciences or development area
• Experience in carrying out similar studies in Viet Nam
• Understanding and experience working with ethnic minority communities in northern provinces
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in project design, analysis
• Understanding of political, cultural, social context in Vietnam
• Analytical and writing skills
• Good at English language and Vietnamese
• Demonstrated ability to produce work with high quality in a short span of time
