Consultant(s) to Design Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System for the “Inclusive and Sustainable Clam and Bamboo Value Chain Development in Vietnam” Project

We are looking for an experienced consultant Consultant(s) to design Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System for the “Inclusive and Sustainable Clam and Bamboo Value Chain Development in Vietnam” project. Please find the attached ToR for details.
