The Social Development team at the World Bank Office in Vietnam is now seeking a group of qualified consultants to develop a Package of Proposal of Law on Ethnic Minority (EM) in Vietnam. Kindly find the attached announcement for further information.
Interested consultant group/firm could send their:(1) Expression of Interest, (2) Technical proposal; (3) Financial proposal, and (4) CVs of consultants to Ms. Nguyen Thu Phuong at: [email protected], by June 15th, 2015. The technical proposal should not exceed five-page length (excluding budget and consultant profiles) and must clearly indicate the role of each consultant in this proposed assignment.
