Consultants to Establish a Team to Carry out Context Analysis and Youth Program Design Research (CAYPDR)

Oxfam in Vietnam is seeking consultants to establish a team to carry out Context Analysis and Youth Program Design Research (CAYPDR). The purpose of this research is (i) to provide a comprehensive picture of and insights on current status of young people in Vietnam, the issues relating to their lives, which allow developing a youth program in line with active citizenship approach (ii) to undertake an in-depth analysis that provides understandings on the interests and incentives operating at the youth sector or thematic level, from which, specific areas to work on and specific groups to be included will be identified. As a result, research key findings will help Oxfam team develop a Theory of Change (ToC) for the Youth Active Citizenship (YAC) Program in Vietnam as well as having a good baseline for future program development.
