Consultant(s) to support the preparatory stage of the Business Case Development workstream

CARE is seeking a consultant (or team of consultants) to support the preparatory stage of the Business Case Development workstream. The consultant will work closely with the CARE team to enhance internal capacity, set a strong foundation for co-creation with factories, and prepare for the full implementation phase in 2025.
