Oxfam in Vietnam is currently seeking qualified national consultant(s) to conduct a baseline survey for the GoRice project to establish a clear reference point for all indicators, inform strategic planning, refine baseline values and indicators during the Project Implementation Plan stage, and improve the accuracy and relevance of monitoring and evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.
The baseline study will provide an independent assessment to establish, review and validate the project outcome indicators and set baseline values for the outcome indicators as detailed in the project’s Performance Measurement Framework at the start of the project. The baseline study aims to engage individuals and stakeholders from the communities who will directly benefit from the GoRice project interventions.
