Consultation services for the Development of training manuals and implementation of 2 TOT courses

Plan International Viet Nam (PIV) would like to invite the Consultant/Consultation Team who are interested in arranging and ensuring quality development of training manuals and implementation of 2 TOT courses in accordance with PIV standards for project “Community–based online CSEA survival support model” (CBOCSS)

The consultant will perform the following tasks under this assignment:

• Develop training manuals on online CSEA and referral pathways for key teachers and local facilitators
• Facilitate and deliver 2 TOT courses in Quang Binh and Kon Tum
• Conduct end of training evaluation and provide PIV with training report

Location: Ha Noi/Quang Binh/Kon Tum

• Expression of interest, outlining how the trainer/facilitator meets the selection criteria and their understanding of the TOR
• A summarized description of the scope of work and the intended methodology to be used, as well as a tentative work plan including activities and time frames
• Names and contacts of three recent professional referees (previous clients) for whom similar work has been conducted
• An example of similar pieces of work completed recently
• Itemized financial proposal
