Develop awareness raising materials for policy and programme makers and children and communities on child labour

In partnership with MOLISA as the key Government of Viet Nam partner, and its Bureau of Child Protection and Care as implementing focal point, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the new project on “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam” (2014-2019) with the financial support from United States Department of Labour (USDOL).

The ENHANCE project is seeking a consulting agency to support the project in developing appropriate awareness raising materials targeting

  1. National and provincial stakeholders, particularly policy makers and government staff from relevant ministries and mass organizations, child protection managers and child protection officers at national and provincial level, information officers and the media. (Announcement - ToR)
  2. Children and communities members  to support awareness raising activities in schools and communities using  SCREAM methods (Announcement - ToR)
