Consulting Opportunity: Agriculture Technical Specialist

The Vietnam Field Support Services Project (FSSP), a bilateral development project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC), seeks to procure the services of a part-time agriculture sector technical specialist who will:

1. contribute to a better technical understanding on the part of GAC of the agriculture-specific dimensions of Canada’s development programming in Vietnam and how these should be addressed; 
2. facilitate the integration of local, context-specific technical perspectives into Vietnam program and project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and policy dialogue; and
3. enhance the technical and institutional capacities within GAC and its partners with respect to agriculture-related matters.
