WWF-Viet Nam: Call for Expression of Interest - Consulting Services to organizes a workshop to improve the capacity of plastic waste management on Vietnamese islands

The project "Reducing Marine Plastic Waste in Vietnam" was implemented from 2020 with the goal of supporting the development of guiding documents to implement priority policies related to plastic waste and organizing propaganda activities to raise awareness, behavior changes in plastic waste. The project's activities will contribute to reducing plastic pollution and support the implementation of the National Action Plan on ocean plastic waste management to 2030 in Vietnam.

WWF-Viet Nam seeks a consultant/advisory group to to organizes a workshop to improve the capacity of plastic waste management on Vietnamese islands.

How to apply

Interested consultants/ advisory groups submit proposals to the BMU Project Management Board in [email protected], and cc to: [email protected] and [email protected] , with the title " FY22-1563 - HSQT - To chuc Hoi thao nang cao nang luc quan ly rac thai nhua tren cac hai dao Viet Nam". The proposal should include:

1. Work plan (including time, tasks and deliverables), and résumés (CVs) of personnel and experts, consultants.
2. For interested contractors who are organizations, companies, enterprises, supplement documents: Scan/photocopy of Business
3. Registration Papers, Capacity Dossiers, Similar Contract Lists;
4. For contractors who are independent consultants/experts, selected applicant is requested to hand in supplement documents before signing the contract:
5. In case the expert is a currently an official working in a state agency, the "Release Letter" must be attached according to the form in Appendix 1A.
6. In case the expert is working at agencies or organizations other than state agencies, the "Declaration Form" must be attached according to the form in Appendix 1B.
7. Financial proposal: funding is based on the average per day and other expenses for the activities mentioned in Task 1 - 3, allocated in stages corresponding to the 2 installments specified in part 5.  Refer to the Financial Proposal form according to Appendix 2.
