Consulting Services for Preparation of Program Document

Thai Nguyen city Sub-project under the Northern Moutain Urban Program (NMUP) is looking for Consulting services for preparation of program document; survey, preparation of FS, detailed design and cost estimate, bidding document for investment items of phase 1 (2015). Please find more details in the attached Request for Expression of Interest.

Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address given below from 8:00 to 11:30 o’clock and from 13:30 to 17:00 o’clock, Monday to Friday since 16th October 2013.
One original and one copy of Expressions of interest in English and Vietnamese must be delivered to the address below no later than 17:00 hours (local time) 30th October 2013.
