Customer Service Officer

Position Title: Customer Service Officer

Reports To: In Country Manager/Workshop Manager

Location: Hoi An, Vietnam

Status: Full time

Working Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
                AM: 8.00am – 12.00pm
                PM: 3.00pm – 7.00 pm

Requirements:   

• Female only, aged from 18-25
• Have finished year 12
• Would love to make some craft products
• Sales experience would be fantastic
• Preference given to people locally in Hoi An and can speak some basic English.

Brief Description:   

The Lifestart Foundation is a grassroots, not-for-profit charity that helps disadvantaged Vietnamese people and their families to become self-sufficient.

The team works to create sustainable and ongoing income streams for the disadvantaged via education and vocational training schemes. Those with complex disabilities are given improved opportunities through the Lifestart Foundation Workshop and the Lifestart Foundation Free Disability Community Centre.

Duties

• Selling products made in the Lifestart Foundation Workshop
• Recording all sales
• Talking with customers regarding the Lifestart Foundation
• Introducing makers to customers and visitors
• Distributing flyers around Hoi An 2 hours per week
• Assist Workshop Manager with organisation of tours
• Making craft products for the workshop
