Deputy Country Representative (DCR) cum Communication, Advocacy and M&E Manager

Caritas is seeking a competent, highly qualified and self-motivated Deputy Country Representative to ensure professional external communication work, the capitalization and  dissemination of project experiences and competences and the coordinated advocacy work on behalf of the country program, as well as to represent the CR during his absences and when delegated.
