Disaster Risk Management Coordinator; Program Interns

ChildFund Vietnam is the representative office of ChildFund Australia – an independent and non-religious international development organisation that works to reduce poverty for children in the developing world.

ChildFund Australia is a member of the ChildFund Alliance – a global network of 12 organisations which assists more than 15 million children and families in 58 countries. ChildFund Australia is a registered charity and is fully accredited by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade which manages the Australian Government’s overseas aid program.

ChildFund began working in Vietnam in 1995 and operates community development programs in the areas of education, water and sanitation, sustainable livelihoods, food security, child rights and child protection and maternal and child health, including HIV prevention.

ChildFund’s programs are being implemented across the northern provinces of Bac Kan, Cao Bang and Hoa Binh, where the majority of people are from ethnic minority groups, often the most vulnerable or marginalised sections of the population.

As a part of our activity expansion we are now seeking for qualified candidates for the following position:

1.DISASTER RISK MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
(Replacement, full-time, long-term contract position, based in Hanoi)

2.PROGRAM INTERN (for Livelihood Sector and Fundraising)
(Full-time position, short-term contract, based in Hanoi)

3.PROGRAM INTERN (for Health and WatSan Sectors)
(Full-time position, short-term contract, based in Hanoi)

4.PROGRAM INTERN (for Education and Child Protections Sectors)
(Full-time position, short-term contract, based in Hanoi)

The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications, in accordance with ChildFund’s salary scale.
