E‐learning and Training Specialist

AMP Viet Nam is seeking for a qualified, service oriented and proactive local professional for the position of E?learning and Training Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

He/she will have to:

• Conduct training needs assessment studies,
• Design training curricula,
• Instructional design learning materials,
• Develop e-learning modules,
• Design and deliver training of trainers,
• Conduct formative, summative, and normative training evaluation studies

Qualifications:

• University degree in education, teacher training, e?learning, media production or other related fields.
• Three years experience in one or more of the following the sectors: i) education, ii) teacher training, iii) communication, iv) e?learning, v) other related fields.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, self?motivated, respectful.
• English and Vietnamese language skills mandatory.
• French speaking is an asset

Other requirements:

• Good organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally and effectively with various players.
• Capacity to both easily integrate into a team and to work autonomously.
• Being agile, flexible and logical thinking.
• Being self-motivated, self-disciplined, result-oriented and good time management skills.

Conditions

The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and training.

Full time contract – 01 year. And the successful candidate will begin to work immediately after the selection.
