Vacancy: Emergency Project Assistant

Based in Hochiminh City

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Project Assistant to work in our Emergency Team. The successful candidate can be based in Hochiminh City with frequent travel to project sites.

Main Responsibilities

This position is responsible for day to day supporting the implementation of the “Improving Children and Their Families’ Resilience to Natural Disasters” project, to ensure the project implementation following the schedule and procedures with highest quality.

Key Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written);
• Sound knowledge and experience in administration or related field;
• Proficient knowledge in office management and procurement;
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment;
• Work well independently as well as part of a team;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Good computer skills – MS Office
