End Project Evaluation Consultant
Caritas is seeking an experienced national consultant to conduct the End Project Evaluation. A TOR is attached.
Interested consultants are invited to send their technical and financial proposal (fee) and CV, addressing their understanding of the assignment, an evaluation plan including methodology, tools and process (work plan including dates) as well as reference documents (e.g. reports of similar tasks prepared by the candidate) to Caritas Switzerland in Vietnam at [email protected]
