MCNV is a Dutch non-governmental organization that has been operating in Vietnam since 1968, focusing on supporting the development of the healthcare system, community healthcare, and other community development programs aimed at improving the quality of life for the Vietnamese people.

In the period 2022-2025, MCNV and the People’s Committee of Dong Xuan district, Phu Yen province are implementing the project “Boosting Income and Jobs for Poor Women” (abbreviated as the BIJPO project). MCNV is currently seeking an End-term evaluation consultant for this Project.
