English Tutor Volunteer

Hagar, established in 1994 in Cambodia, is an organization that provides direct support to women and children survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence and sexual abuse. Operating in Vietnam since 2009, Hagar International in Vietnam (hereafter named Hagar) has supported more than 350 women and children to recover from trauma and reintegrate successfully into their community. Additionally, we have built the capacity of local authorities to prevent and respond to survivors and those at risk.

In 2017 Hagar Vietnam worked with 229 direct beneficiaries, 200 indirect beneficiaries and facilitated community campaigns that reached 7,500 citizens.

Hagar Vietnam has had a long history of hosting volunteers and Hagar consider volunteers as important partners of our organization. Their contribution towards the achievements of Hagar is acknowledged internally, and in external publications and presentations.”

We are now seeking a English Tutor Volunteer based in Hanoi.
