Ethnic Minority Program Manager; Human Rights Education Program Coordinator
The Institute for Studies of Society, Economics and Environment (iSEE) is an independent non-profit organization working for an equal, democratic and tolerant society. Responding new development of the organization, iSEE is looking for qualified candidates for 02 positions:

Joining iSEE, you will be working with a group of professional, creative, and enthusiastic colleagues with diverse expertise, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF ETHNIC MINORITY PROGRAM MANAGER
- Develop intervention strategies for ethnic minority (EM) program and projects in line with organizational strategies
- Manage EM program and ensure progress, quality and finance compliance of the projects
- Manage relationship with partners, consultants and stakeholders
- Implement advocacy activities related to EM communities
- Participate in design and implementation of EM research based on the needs of iSEE
- Participate in fundraising activities for program and EM related activities

Requirements
- Have bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in social sciences, development, public policy and anthropology
- Have at least 5 years experience in EM field, civil society, policy advocacy or related social issues;
- Have ability to work independently, responsibly and complete the work within deadline.
- Have project management ability (planning, assignment, monitoring, financial management, reporting), partnership management and human resource management;
- Have good communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Commit to the values, principles and working practices of iSEE, including social equality, rights-based approach and respect diversity.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR
- Design, implement and monitor progress, quality and finance of human rights education projects and activities
- Manage, organize, and update informational system, data, websites and human rights library
- Manage relationship with partners, consultants, and stakeholders
- Participate in developing strategy for the team and the organization
- Participate in training and update information for other staffs in the organization on human rights

Requirements & Expectations

These positions have competitive salaries, 2-year contract with possibility of extension. 2 months probation starting from the date that the contract is signed, with 100% benefit according to iSEE’s policy.
