Evaluation of Street Youth HIV

including Civil society development, Economic opportunities, Child poverty Research, and Advocacy for child-friendly development policy and practice.
Vacancy: Evaluation of Street Youth HIV (August – October 2011)
Save the Children needs to hire an Evaluation Team to make proposals for an evaluation of street youth HIV prevention programming in Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh and An Giang in September 2011.
The evaluation should include qualitative and quantitative methods to complete the following tasks:
- Prepare a research plan with objectives and methodology; instruments
- Train street youth peer interviewers to conduct the quantitative portion of the survey
- Supervise data collection
- Analyze data and write the report (report can be submitted by the end of October 2011)

Interested individuals or organizations should send the following information
- CVs of researcher(s) detailing qualifications
- 1-2 page proposal of how to conduct the evaluation
- Budget not to exceed $8,000 inclusive of VAT.
