Evaluation Team for Final Evaluation of Strengthening Conflict Resolution in the Village Project

Bread for the World (BftW) is a German non-government organisation. As an ecclesial organization, BftW works the globe to contribute to an inclusive socio-economic development to overcome poverty. The key guiding principles are social justice and ecological responsiblity. The regional office (VEST) for Laos and Vietnam in Hanoi is cooperating with local and international partner organisation since 1996.

VEST project "Strengthening Conflict Resolution in the Village" with the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), an international NGO in Laos, is commissioning a final evaluation and is seeking a Team Lead and Team Members to design and implement the evaluation. The implementation of the evaluation will occur in Laos, primarily in Vientiane Capital, Vientiane Province, Xieng Khouang Province, and Houaphanh.

The evaluation team will consist of the following members:

1. Team Lead: Consultant hired through this TOR to design and implement the final evaluation.
2. Team Member: 1-2 additional Team Members, or as required, who can assist with data collection and other tasks as required by the Team Lead.
