Experts

The Project “Study for policy recommendations to support for development of small and medium enterprises in agriculture sector – phase 2 and 3” (SMEs project).  They need to recruit experts “SETUP AND OPERATE A GENERAL EQUILIBRIUM MODEL TO PREDICT THE AGRICULTURAL MARKET AND POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS”. Within the framework of this research, it is necessary to mobilize a group of experts to support for the development of multi-sectoral equilibrium model for agricultural commodities. The details tasks of the expert will be identified in the terms of references for the group of 6 experts as below:
1. Expert 1: Collecting and extracting data
2. Expert 2: Building up balance sheets for agricultural commodities
3. Expert 3: Developing model of supply, demand and trade for commodities and agriculture sector
4. Expert 4: Designing and calibrating the multi-sectoral equilibrium model
5. Expert 5: Running the model, testing structure of the model and doing sensitivity analysis
6. Expert 6: Doing trade policy analysis and writing up the final report
