USAID-funded initiatives INVEST and Vietnam Urban Energy Security seek project concepts from clean energy developers or investors in the Vietnamese power sector.

Through this request for Expressions of Interest, they aim to identify potential partners in the clean energy space that can best leverage USAID resources and technical assistance to catalyze investment for renewable or clean energy projects in Vietnam.
