Job Responsibilities

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM

Tackling Modern Slavery in Vietnam project is funded by the UK Home Office and implemented by a consortium composed of International Organisation of Migration, British Council and World Vision.  International Organisation for Migration (IOM) is the consortium lead. 

The Project is expected to achieve the following three broad impact areas: 1) Preventing vulnerable populations from becoming victims, 2) Strengthening the judicial response to human trafficking and 3) Supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of victims of trafficking.

As the Finance and Administration Manager, you will need to:

  • support the Team Leader/ Project Manager in the oversight and administration of the financial systems, budgets, procurement and operational processes for the programme.
  • oversee the delivery of project Tackling Modern Slavery in Vietnam (TMSV) and project outputs to the meet the requirements of the client, British Council and associated delivery partners.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • three to five years’ experience in project level financial accounting, budget preparation and variance explanations (Contract Management) and administration of partners and sub-contractors in delivering programme objectives and activities.
  • a degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
