At present, Vietnam Country Office has programs in 20 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

Based in Can Tho

Main Responsibilities:This position works under the guidance and supervision of Senior Project Officer to assist the project team in the overall field management of project activities and monitoring effective implementation of “Young urban migrant’s economic empowerment program” funded by Citi Foundation. The project’s intervention includes a range of training courses on soft skills, job seeking and money management skills; enhancing the relationship between Vocational schools with Employment Service Center and private sectors through internship and job linkage.

Key Competencies:

Essential

  • Have at least 02 year working experience in community development, especially financial education, job linkage, employability.

  • Ability to learn quickly and respond to multiple demands;

  • Positive attitude to working with youth

  • Good English speaking and writing skills;

Desirable

  • Experience working with vocational schools

  • Flexibility and a sense of humour – ability to work, live and thrive in challenging circumstances;

  • Have a very high level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness;

  • Be both self-confident and humble;

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment.

  • Experience with developing resource materials and manuals
