Firms/Institutions for Provision of Independent Project Mid-term Evaluation

UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified firms/institutions for provision of Independent Project Mid-term Evaluation.

The main objectives of the independent project mid- term evaluation are to (i) analyze possible changes in the context until the end of the project period by 2016 and assess the relevance of the project, (ii) assess the progress towards achieving the project’s results, the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
