Food and Beverage Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage 'hands-on' one or more of STREETS multi-site food enterprises in Hoi An, (another site opening soon in HCMC)
• Supervise day-to-day operations according to established quality standards
• Maintain superior guest-focused service while providing an understanding and appreciation for the STREETS mission
• Conduct in-service training using STREETS materials and curriculums
• Work closely with tour operator partners
• Prepare daily, weekly and other reports as required, administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College Degree (preference given for International hotel or hospitality study experience)
• Prior full time professional work experience plus at least 2 years management in restaurants, hospitality, or related business with same employer
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written, spoken and English communication skills required

Requirements

• Live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation transport bonus provided
• Flexible work schedule, including travel, evening, overtime and holiday as needed
• Vietnamese Citizen preferred
• 100% Non-smokers only
