KOTO is recruiting the following positions:

1. General Accountant

Responsibilies

  • Make Received voucher, Payment voucher every day.
  • Enter the daily buying receipt from suppliers.
  • Checking red invoice after issuing.
  • Enter accounting vouchers for refunds, tools, assets, salary.
  • Work with the banks, Tax department upon request.
  • Carry out periodic tax reports: VAT, CIT, PIT.
  • Manage short, medium, long term loans. Do report of borrowing, bank payment. Do plan of paying principal, interest monthly.
  • Take part in regular or unexpected inventory: fund, fixed assets, tools.
  • Manage tools, fixed assets of office and restaurant (in values).
  • Manage debts of suppliers, customers
  • Monitor account payables, account receivables, perform monthly reconciliation with customers/suppliers.
  • Monitor the AR to ensure that all the debts collected in full and on-time
  • Check Payment vouchers with stamp “Paid” and keep it careful.
  • Check and compare Accountant’s book with account bank.
  • Tracking contract.
  • Doing Accounts Reconciliation, reallocation at the end of financial period (monthly or yearly)
  • Collect and pay correctly without loss of KOTO’s cash fund. Cash fund book must be detailed, clear, exact and reports according to requirements
  • At the end of month, work with payment accountant to compare the balance of cash and make a report of fund check
  • Receive documents from departments (ensure valid documents), enter data in the software, and make payment plan. Must have a handbook to keep track of documents.
  • Manage payment vouchers via bank. Do a monthly balance sheet of bank account.
  • Monitor the balance of bank accounts and keep bank transaction reports
  • Check and monitor the budgets against the actual revenues, grants/sponsorships and expenses of all departments
  • Rechecking and issuing financial reports before submitting to CA for final check
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management, in accordance with professional skills.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
  • Having minimum 03 years experience working in equivalent position

2. HR Director:

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing human resources policies.
  • Supporting strategic objectives.
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Designing and directing training programs.
  • Build up working culture, bond and connection among trainees and staffs as KOTO’s vision and core value.
  • Values & Ethos: Uphold the values and culture of KOTO.

Qualification/Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business HR management, Administration or a Masters Degree is advantageous.
  • Possess over 05 years working experience in HR.

3. HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: to be in charge of all recruitment activities including but not limited to:  vacancies posting, prepare job advertisements, application screening/shortlisting,  correspondence to applicants and organizing interviews; build and manage potential applicant database and recruitment sources, arrange and conduct panel interviews, follow up on post-interview tasks with unsuccessful/successful candidates such as confirmation of interview result and offers, prepare Letter of offer and probation contract, prepare new employee onboarding.
  • Training and development:
    • Assist the Training and Development Officer in carrying out training need assessment; planning and organizing relevant training courses for employees as requested
    • Assist in conducting internal training courses.
    • Register external training programs for employees.
    • Control training hours and training records.
  • Performance Management: Assist the Human Resources Director in Annual Performance appraisal reviews, Appraisal Process, Ensuring all the Departments complete on deadline. Assist staff and ensuring that they well understand the appraisal performance process. Summary the result report and submit on time.
  • C&B: responsible for payroll calculation, Social Insurance benefits, Health Insurance, Unemployment concerns for employees. Monthly reconciliation of compulsory insurance expenses incurred with relevant insurance department. Preparation of official letters/document to insurance departments when necessary or required.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Graduated from universities / colleges majoring in Human Resources/ Administration / Foreign language or other related fields.
  • At least 02 years working experience in equivalent position.

Working time: Monday to Friday
