Bear Rescue Project in Bach Ma National Park is implemented by Animals Asia Foundation in cooperation with the Forest Protection Department, represented by Bach Ma National Park. This is a project with the scale of rescuing and housing 300 bears in a semi-wild environment, with the aim of ending bear farming, contributing to the conservation of bears in Vietnam and in the region.

The Project Management Board is in need of recruiting an employee for the position of General Administrator as follows:

Working Position: Administration - Human Resources – Finance Department

Type of Employment: Full-time; Contract: 1 or 2 years (can be extended according to the project)

Working Location: Vietnam Bear Rescue Project at Bach Ma National Park, Phu Loc District, Thua Thien Hue Province

Requirements:

• University degree in administration, accounting, finance
• Knowledge of administration and working with the Government
• Proficient in using office software and equipment (MS Office, Printer, Scanner, photocopy, email, LAN, internet,...)
• Good communication, high sense of responsibility, ability to work as a team and independently; careful, hardworking, eager to learn, creative, honest and sociable
• Experience in responding and solving problems is preferred
• Understanding the market of related products of the Organisation; well grasp policies on insurance and personal income tax; have negotiation skills
• Analytical and forecasting skills in a timely and careful manner
• Good command of English is an advantage
