Job Title: Graphic Designer ( 20 working hours/week)

Report to: Marketing Manager

Job purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible for creating stunning materials to motivate healthier behaviors that prevent under-nutrition, tuberculosis, hepatitis C, HIV/AIDS, and non-communicable diseases as well as safe water and hygiene issues. If you are a skilled graphic design artist looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to make a difference, then PSI wants to talk to you!

Major responsibilities:

• Support different departments at PSI to develop eye-catching consumer and trade materials (billboards to flip charts to trade marketing materials and everything
in between).
• Translate insights from target beneficiaries into innovative creative concepts and then executing these concepts into strong creative designs. We are looking for someone who is able to manage multiple projects, work independently and also in a team environment
• Creative minds with a strong marketing sense and a great portfolio will go to the top of our interview list!

Selection criteria

• Graduated from Fine Arts or Graphic Design School/University
• Proficiency in photoshop, illustrator or corel draws. Skilled (hand) illustrator and photography skills – a must
• Good knowledge of branding, communication products
• High level of responsibility, strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and laugh
