Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (‘CNCF’) www.cncf.org is a British registered charity. It is a non-religious, non-political and not for profit organization dedicated to serving disadvantaged children. Our projects and programmes in Viet Nam and Mongolia include emergency and long-term medical care, nutritional rehabilitation, education and vocational training support. These services are accomplished within the context of the family and the community whenever possible, and always with love and respect for the dignity of each child as an individual. The Foundation has a long presence in Viet Nam starting in 1991 and has helped hundreds of thousands of the country’s poorest, most vulnerable children and their families in the last 26 years.

Position:  HR & Volunteer Manager

Job Purpose:

The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (‘CNCF’) seeks to recruit HR & Volunteer Manager position (full time) to be based in Ho Chi Minh City with an immediate start date.  Reporting directly to Director & Vice Director of Operations, this role will develop and maintain effective and efficient human resources and volunteer system across CNCF Operations in Vietnam by implementing and monitoring all staff and volunteer processes to ensure fairness and transparency while fostering a positive work environment consistent with the vision, mission and values of CNCF.

Job Requirements:

• HR related qualification
• Prefer candidates with at least 5 years of experiences in General HR in businesses and good knowledge of HR processes
• Experience of building relationships with external organisations and associations to create and promote volunteering programmes is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport in the workplace.
• Demonstrate ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
• Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
• Interested in and committed to work in the social work sector, especially in the charity for disadvantaged children.
• An empathy with volunteers and an understanding of their needs
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Strong computer skills
