Key responsibilities:

• Prepare the HR recruitment, training and development plan;
• Develop and manage the implementation of HR regulations and compensation system;
• Develop and manage the performance appraisal procedures;
• Develop the corporate culture.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields;
• At least 5 years of working experience in HR management;
• Good knowledge of labour laws
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Good English skills.

Salary: based on agreement
