Interim Office Manager

Centre for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP) is a Vietnamese non-governmental and not-for-profit organization. With the mission to promote the social entrepreneurship sector in Vietnam and to give Vietnamese social entrepreneurs a boost in making more significant contributions to social development in the fields of education, healthcare, environment protection, women and children’s rights, community development, and so on, the Center for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP) and partners are undergoing to empower Vietnamese social entrepreneurs by investing in and helping them to access resources and overcome challenges. CSIP believes the social entrepreneurs in Vietnam will be able to bring about effective, breaking-through and sustainable solutions to the social and environmental developmental issues of the country. CSIP is looking to recruit Vietnamese capable candidates for a position as follows:

Job title: INTERIM OFFICE MANAGER
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Report to: Director
Position status: Five months ( Starting asap)

The Interim Office Manager is responsible for daily running of the office and book-keeping duties. The position is also to assist the Director and staff to achieve the goals of CSIP.

Requirements:
- An Undergraduate degree or equivalent in accounting and other related fields
- At least two years relevant experience
- Effective communications in English
- Experienced in performing receptionist duties
- Experienced in maintaining office accounting
- Experienced in organising travel, conference and meetings.
- Able to work under minimal supervision
