Intern at GIZ office in Can Tho

Purpose:

To effectively assist and support the smooth running of office by ensuring that various general administration duties are carried out accurately and to a consistently high standard. Duties performed shall project a professional company image through interaction with other parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs reception function for GIZ office in Can Tho
  • Performs operation function for telephone network to ensure the smooth operation of the office: answers, reviews, forwards and/or takes calls
  • Caters staff and meetings in GIZ office in Can Tho
  • Manages incoming and outgoing correspondences (post, fax, mails)
  • Photocopies and scans documents as needed
  • Supports for project teams in logistic services (workshops, meetings, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

  • University Degree
  • Independent and well-organized with good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks
  • Customer-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiar with PC applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Having IT knowledge is a plus
  • The internship requires university enrolment or the finalization of your degree no longer than six months ago upon commencement of the internship.
