POSITION SUMMARY:
Pathfinder International’s mission in Viet Nam is to improve sexual and reproductive health through capacity building and policy - oriented initiatives which respond to the needs of the society. In order to achieve its mission, Pathfinder works in collaboration with the Government of Viet Nam, as well as selected national and international agencies, to improve the quality and range of reproductive health services, information and training, through the provision of quality technical assistance and the management of financial resources.

The position of Intern for Finance & Accounting Department requires a responsible, careful, detail-oriented person with bookkeeping skills. S/he must be mature and able to work both independently and as a member of a team. S/he must be knowledgeable about computers (hardware and software). She should have English and Vietnamese language skills – both oral and written. Experience in a bookkeeping/accounting position in an office environment is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist Finance Manager in following up Grantee Financial Report from sub-grants
2. Assist Finance Manager in reviewing Grantee Financial Report
3. Assist Finance Manager in recording data to sub-grants monitoring files
4. Assist in reviewing travel expense voucher
5. Assist in following up & recording staff ‘s timesheet
6. Assist in checking payment supporting document before entering to accounting software
7. Make copies and filing accounting documents
8. Other duties, as assigned
